This would be my dream. Gorgeous home, a small mountain for hiking, a bridge to peer into the wateer and dream. Best of all~~~FISHING!

For hiking - you will be on the edge of the Snowdonia mountain range. The fishing is for sea trout and salmon and I can arrange! The house is a problem as it's a cafe and belongs to the National Trust!!!! If you come the Uk you and Bill can have a personal tour as my guests!
